- W2774124125 abstract "黒毛和種繁殖牛35頭を対照区および乾燥ニンジン区に割り当てて，乾燥ニンジン区では分娩予定日の3週間前から分娩60日後までβ─カロテンを多量に含有した乾燥ニンジンを給与し，黒毛和種繁殖牛の分娩直後の血漿中免疫グロブリン（Ig）濃度の変動要因と分娩後の血漿中Ig濃度に及ぼす乾草ニンジン給与の影響を調べた．黒毛和種繁殖牛の分娩直後の血漿中IgG1濃度と月齢間，血漿中IgG1濃度と血漿中総タンパク質濃度間および血漿中IgM濃度と血漿中IgA濃度間に有意な正の相関が認められたが，血漿中Ig濃度と血漿中β─カロテン濃度間には有意な相関は認められなかった．乾燥ニンジン区の分娩直後の血漿中IgG1濃度は対照区より高かった（P<0.05）が，乾燥ニンジン区の分娩60日後の血漿中IgG1濃度は対照区より低かった（P<0.05）．以上の結果から，黒毛和種若齢牛では分娩直後の血漿中IgG1濃度が低いことと，乾燥ニンジン給与は分娩直後の血漿中IgG1濃度を改善することが推察された．" @default.
