- W2777966037 abstract "〔目的〕本研究は，運動教室終了6ヵ月後の運動継続状況と身体機能の変化を調査した．〔対象と方法〕追跡調査に参加した17名を対象とした．対象者は週2回，3ヵ月間の運動教室に参加した．5 m歩行時間（最大，通常），Timed up and Go（TUG），ファンクショナルリーチ（FR），片足立ち時間，握力，膝伸展筋力，および運動継続状況を，教室前，教室後，6ヵ月後の3時点で評価した．〔結果〕17名全員が何らかの運動を継続していた．歩行時間，TUG，およびFRは6ヵ月後も維持・改善した．一方，膝伸展筋力は，6ヵ月後に有意に低下していた．〔結語〕運動継続が身体機能の維持に好影響を与えた一方，下肢筋力に対する運動負荷量の不足が示唆された．適切な負荷量の管理には専門家の支援等が必要であると考えられる．" @default.
