These patients were assigned to the second study group (Group 2).Rehabilitation approach to patients after anterior segment injuries that has been proposed allows to achieve high clinical and functional results and reduce the risk of intra- and postoperative complications.The proposed approach to patients after optical-reconstructive surgery with iris-lens diaphragm implantation followed by keratorefractive surgery is an effective method of visual rehabilitation of anterior eye segment post-traumatic defects.Разнородность методологических подходов и отсутствие патогенетически обоснованной тактики ведения пациентов с комбинированными травмами глаз явились основанием для разработки и систематизации этапов хирургической реабилитации пациентов с посттравматической катарактой в сочетании с посттравматическими аниридией и рубцовыми изменениями роговицы. Цель - разработать систему зрительной реабилитации пациентов с обширными дефектами структур переднего отрезка глазного яблока на основе имплантации иридохрусталиковой диафрагмы (ИХД). Материал и методы. Проведен анализ 80 оптико-реконструктивных операций с имплантацией ИХД пациентам с посттравматической частичной или полной аниридией в сочетании с рубцовыми изменениями роговицы. Данные пациенты составили 1-ю группу исследования. На 58 глазах с остаточной аметропией и стабильными зрительными функциями через 1 год после проведения оптико-реконструктивных операций с имплантацией ИХД была проведена последующая лазерная кераторефракционная хирургия. Эти пациенты составили 2-ю группу исследования. Результаты. Разработанная система реабилитации пациентов после травматических повреждений структур переднего отдела глазного яблока позволила достичь высоких клинико-функциональных результатов и снизить риск интра- и послеоперационных осложнений. Заключение. Разработанная тактика хирургического лечения частичной или полной аниридии на основе имплантации ИХД с дальнейшей кераторефракционной хирургией индуцированных аметропий является эффективным методом зрительной реабилитации пациентов с обширными дефектами переднего отрезка глазного яблока." @default.
