• W2785766138 abstract "Viticulture in Istrian County represent one of significant part of agriculture activities which are evolving, in the past few years, because of stimulating measures of local government. These have significant influence on ecological and sociological aspects on this area. Form above said the development of this activity in Istria County must be based on postulates of sustainable agriculture. Basic postulates sustainable agriculture within system of sustainable development are take advantage of least risky grasp in cultivation of agriculture crops – Best management Practices (BMP), in other words applicability most acceptable options for surroundings taking into consideration capacity the whole ecosystem for receiving negative impact and pollutants. From utilising principle sustainable agriculture in Istrian County it is necessary to accept following specifics of this area: Values of this area are constitute of undivided unit which are constitute of relatively heterogeneous, geomorphologic and relief parts: Debris premountainous and mountainous parts of Ucka and Cicarija flysh - hilly in central part, undulating istrian board on lime underground, and humans intervention in the area which today represent historical and cultural value. Protections of water are cause-and-effect related whit characteristic of this area, and it is important to emphasise following: problem area are protection of water on the surface in central part, spring water on level crossing flysh and debris high-lying parts, underground water and water-well in coastal area in Istrian County, and sea on relatively skin-deep in West Coast of Istria.Above-mentioned specifics have important impact on economy of Istria, in one hand by increasing development of tourism and on the other hand they impose bounds in intervention in the area and development of economy activities.Viticulture whit 6.724 ha field have impact in Istria on both mentioned ways, in other words: Have impact on areas values and whit his final product wine have influence on development of tourism, especially on agritourism, It have sociological component by stopping migratory process, Viticulture by using agricultural chemicals can significantly damage ecosystems. Viticulture by cultivating soil can damage physical features of the soil especially causing erosion of the soil.In this paper it was performed results from research of conditions of the soil damage by chemical pollutants in vineyard on drainage accumulation of Butoniga. On this area it is found increased volume of copper in the soil which is consequence of intensive protection whit copper pesticide. Then in this paper are demonstrated first results of soding in west-istrian vineyard area, showing that this is good way how we can kept soil of vineyard in good condition. This technology is based on principals of sustainable development.Past results of soil damages with chemical pollutants and research of applicability technologies of soil conservation, agricultural climatic indicators and sociological indicators of family holdings, on vineyard area in drainage accumulation of Butoniga in central part of Istrian County were done by “Grande zonazione” methodology." @default.
