To this end, this research collects 347 samples data, and conducts a hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that family-friendly human resource practice has a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment and job performance of employees, whilst workplace spirituality plays a partial inter-mediary role in the relationship. This research suggests that organizations should pay attention to the implementation of family-friendly human resource practice in order to improve organizational commitment and job performance of employees, thus enhancing the organization’s competitive advantages." @default.
