- W2792815973 abstract "On the basis of introduction the working principle of ultra high pressure common rail injection system, a co-simulation program of AMESim and ISIGHT for this system was established, and the electric-controlled pressure amplifier structural parameter sensitivity to pressurization effect and fuel discharge quantity were researched by using the design of experiment(DOE) function of ISIGHT, the results show that the control chamber inlet fuel hole diameter (din) and control chamber outlet fuel hole diameter (dout) are the most influence parameters on the maximum pressurization pressure(Pmax), meanwhile, the minimum fuel discharge quantity(Qmin) is very sensitive to din, pressurization chamber volume (Vint) and control chamber volume (Vcon). After the DOE, the electric-controlled pressure amplifier of ultra high pressure common rail injection system was optimized with two kinds of genetic algorithms (NCGA and NSGAII), the results show that NCGA genetic algorithm makes the Pmax increase by 4.1% and the Qmin decrease by 24.6%, and NSGA II genetic algorithm makes the Pmax increase by 2.5% and the Qmin decrease by 26.8%." @default.
