- W2795094213 abstract "The key to breast cancer detection is developing safe and efficient imaging algorithm. The existing detecting methods including X-ray, computer tomography and nuclear magnetic resonance have some limitations in application due to the radiation to the human body, the detecting efficiency, and the system costs, etc. For these reasons, a new breast tumor detection method based on time reversal microwave imaging is proposed, which is called SF-ESPRIT. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method has the imaging resolution that outdistance the SF-DORT algorithm, and it has similar imaging resolution to the SF-MUSIC algorithm which can be seen from the lateral resolution and longitudinal resolution comparison between the SF-ESPRIT and the SF-MUSIC. Meanwhile, the SF-ESPRIT has higher speed, which is more than doubled. In addition, the imaging resolution of the proposed method decreases somewhat in noisy environment, the tumor can still be accurately localized. In summary, the proposed SF-ESPRIT method which can improve the efficiency of tumor detection and reduce the system costs, is an effective and feasible microwave imaging method of breast cancer." @default.
