The static and dynamically obtained data about the operating environment is used. This method makes possible to remove the restrictions on the movement and to choice the optimal path taking into account real dimensions of autonomous object. A functional is proposed that provides a minimum of energy costs for movement, provided it is safe. It makes possible to find a decision in true time. A neural network providing the choice of the site of motion is given. Examples of operation of the algorithm for various operating conditions are given." @default.
