The fluorescence quenching of the complexes with alizarin dye has been probed in DMSO using fluorescence spectroscopic technique. The free energy change of complexes (ΔGet) has been intended by Rehm-Weller equation. The complexes have been screened for in vitro antibacterial and cytotoxicity towards human breast cancer cell line (MCF 7) and cervical cancer cell line (He La)." @default.
