Multidisciplinary teams of five students in an undergraduate research design project-based course were used to evaluate their own and their peer’s personalities over the course of one semester. Results show that team members’ evaluations of their own personalities did not change significantly through four iterations. Team member’s evaluations of their peers did change for Neuroticism, Agreeableness, and Extraversion." @default.
