- W2810050497 abstract "The quantitative analysis of SF6 gas decomposition components is of great significance to the online monitoring and fault diagnosis of gas insulated switchgear (GIS) equipment. There is a problem that the absorption coefficient is difficult to determine and the multi-component detection is complicated in infrared quantitative analysis. To solve the problem, the infrared quantitative algorithm based on principal component regression analysis was used and the decomposition components of SO 2 F 2 , SOF 2 and SO 2 and their absorption peaks were selected as the objects to study. The algorithm uses the spectral data as the input and the gas volume fraction as the output establishing the direct correspondence between the absorption spectrum and the concentration. A sample of three characteristic components was prepared. The spectral data were obtained from the training samples and the infrared quantitative prediction model was established according to the algorithm. By comparing the effect of the principal component regression analysis algorithm and the fitting method, it is shown that the regression algorithm is more accurate than the fitting method. The prediction results of the test samples and the measured data show that the algorithm and the forecasting model have good application value." @default.
