- W2810088520 abstract "Nowadays, humanoid robots are playing an important role in daily life, such as industry, medical care, military, agriculture and rescue, etc. Many scientists make much effort to develop artificial intelligence so that the robot can become better. However, the manufacturing cost usually is very expensive. In this paper, based on body control technology we hence try to design and develop one low-cost humanoid robot. Kinect, Arduino, and Processing are used to implement motion capture and control the humanoid robot. Further, in this work one 2-D humanoid robot are firstly to achieve this target. Experimental result shows that our proposed 2-D humanoid robots can really process the instant image and make synchronized motion. In other words, in existing literature our low-cost humanoid robots present higher efficiency in imaging sensor. In further work, we will extend our control technology in the 3-D humanoid robot domain." @default.
