- W2810367168 abstract "The paper presents the results of preliminary measurements of DC conductivity of metal — dielectric grain nanocomposites with chemical composition (FeCoZr) x (SiO y ) (100−x) . Samples of materials with metallic phase contents x 1 =58.2 at.%, X 2 =67.0 at.% and X 3 =76.3 at.% prepared by the ion-beam sputtering of targets consisting of a Fe 45 Co 45 Zr 45 alloy plate and SiO 2 dielectric strips. The process was carried out in an argon atmosphere. The DC measurements were carried out in the temperature range from 20 K to 375 K. On this basis, the activation energies of electrons in individual cases were determined. It was found that there are three temperature ranges in which there is a change in the activation energy, which indicates a minimum of three types of potential wells between which electron tunneling occurs." @default.
