- W285267003 abstract "Forty soil samples collected from desert (uncultivated) and cultivated soils, exposed continuously to cement dust were screened for their content of saprophytic and keratinophilic fungi using the hair baiting technique and the dilution plate method. Using the hair baiting technique, 21 genera and 31 species were collected from 20 samples of each of desert (15 genera and 21 species) and cultivated (17 genera and 24 species) soils, on Sabouraud's dextrose agar. These included Chrysosporium keratinophilum, C. tropicum, C. indicum, Aspergillus niger, Nectria haematococca, Alternaria alternata, Fusarium oxysporum and Penicillium chrysogenum. Using the dilution plate method, 32 genera and 61 species + 3 varieties were collected from 20 samples of each of desert (29 genera and 53 species + 2 varieties) and cultivated (16 genera and 30 species + 2 varieties) soils, on Sabouraud's dextrose agar. The most common fungi were Aspergillus niger, A. fumigatus, A. japonicus, A. terreus, A. flavus and Penicillium funiculosum. 40 Bodenproben von unkultivierten (Wüste) und kultivierten Böden, die kontinuierlich Zementstaub ausgesetzt waren, wurden mit Hilfe der Verdünnungs-Plattenmethode und der Haarködermethode auf das Vorkommen saprophytischer und keratinophiler Pilze untersucht. Mit Hilfe der Haarködermethode wurden 21 Gattungen und 31 Arten von Pilzen erfaßt (15 Gattungen und 21 Arten in Wüstenböden, 17 Gattungen und 24 Arten in kultivierten Böden). Unter diesen fanden sich häufiger Chrysosporium keratinophilum, C. tropicum, C. indicum, Aspergillus niger, Nectria haematococca, Alternaria alternata, Fusarium oxysporum und Penicillium chrysogenum. Mit Hilfe der Verdünnungs-Plattenmethode wurden 32 Gattungen und 61 Arten + 3 Varietäten gefunden (29 Gattungen und 53 Arten + 2 Varietäten in Wüstenböden, 16 Gattungen und 30 Arten + 2 Varietäten in kultivierten Böden). Die verbreitetsten Pilze waren Aspergillus niger, A. fumigatus, A. japonicus, A. terreus, A. flavus und Penicillium funiculosum. Die Erfassung erfolgte jeweils aus Mischproben, die aus 20 Einzelproben gebildet wurden. Die Kultivierung fand auf Sabouraud-Dextrose-Agar statt." @default.
