- W2883999638 abstract "A network of biologically inspired artificial cardiac cells for simulating atrial arrhythmia is presented. The net comprises a recurrent layer of artificial myocytes, followed by a trainable feed-forward linear layer. The response of the cells is stochastic, and dependent on the variability of the refractory period and the conduction speed. The learning algorithm seeks that the statistical properties in the frequency domain of the network output match those of actual patients. The net can be hand-tuned to anticipate the evolution in time of the heart rhythm anomalies. The results of this study are validated with a selection of intra-cardiac electrocardiograms from patients wearing pacemakers." @default.
