Las tecnologias recientes asociadas a la gestion de proyectos y su mejoramiento, hacen un uso mas efectivo de la metodologia BIM con las herramientas mas actualizadas en lo referente al AutoCad, Civil 3D y el Revit para la elaboracion de la documentacion de proyectos, los sistemas presupuestarios como el Presto, Siecons y el Preswin, el control de ejecucion como el MS Project, el Primavera o el GesPro como SWL, la simulacion con el Naviswork como medio de garantizar una buena preparacion del proyecto, la navegacion y la visualizacion, como medio de garantizar una estrategia de asignacion de los recursos en el proyecto vial, capaz de identificar en un proceso de integracion continua, los problemas del proyecto antes de su ejecucion, con el proposito de garantizar la asignacion de los recursos. El objetivo del trabajo es el desarrollo de la asignacion de los recursos en la gestion de proyectos viales, su estado actual y la necesidad de seguir su desarrollo con respecto al marco referencial de la metodologia BIM, con las herramientas mas actualizadas En el desarrollo del tema se muestra la gestion de proyectos, la Direccion Integrada de Proyectos (DIP) y se introduce el uso del BIM en la asignacion de los recursos. EnglishThe project management methodology, has gained a wide and extensive development in the investment process, where the project represents the basic organizational unit of its managing system, which is oriented to the Building Information Management (BIM) methodology. Recent technologies associated with project management and their improvement, make a more effective use of BIM methodology with the latest tools like AutoCad, Revit for the elaboration of project documentation, budget management systems like Presto and Preswin, execution control systems such as MS project, Primavera or GesPro and simulation with Naviswork system as a way of ensuring good project preparation besides navigation and visualization as a means to ensure a strategy for resource allocation in the road project, capable to identify in a process of continuous integration, project problems before their execution in order to ensure the allocation of resources. The aim of this work is the development of resource allocation in road projects management, its current status and the need to follow its development regarding the reference framework of the BIM methodology with the latest tools. During development of the theme, are shown project management and Integrated Project Management (DIP), besides, it is introduced the use of BIM in the resource allocation." @default.
