La formacion pedagogica de la competencia emprendedora implica elementos actitudinales, cognitivos y axiologicos que desemboquen en la mutacion del rol de ejecutores pasivos a hombres y mujeres con pensamiento critico, actores de cambio, productores de ideas innovadoras, de proyectos viables, con las aptitudes y las actitudes de materializarlo. COMPETITION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS A SUPPORT FOR INTEGRAL TRAINING AND SOCIAL INCLUSION OF THE STUDENT ABSTRACT Social development imposes new challenges in the contemporary innovative training, is educating to create, and is to mobilize cognitive elements, skills, and values set by this process to transform the social reality, through an entrepreneurial orientation. The approach to competency-based training model is a need that has its essence in the relevance of education and demand that society makes it to build knowledge, that rather than build up they can use and boost the shekel of knowledge into technology in a product that meets the needs of the human conglomerates. Within the training by competition among them, that of entrepreneurship, plays an important role in the strengthening of capabilities that enable creativity, innovation, independent performance and the critical look at the environment, built-in capacity resilient take risks and turn goals into realities. The pedagogical training of entrepreneurial competition implies attitudinal elements, cognitive and axiological that they lead to the mutation of the role of executing liabilities to men and women with critical thinking, actors of change, producing innovative ideas, of viable projects, with the skills and attitudes of materializing it.
