- W2886670574 abstract "Abstract The design and development the fluorescent sensors with effective sensitivity is a key challenge in the sensing studies. In the current work, deaggregation of the Rhodamine B (RhB) and Acridine Orange (AO) dyes within the bulk water and water nano-droplet was studied by adding biomolecules of bovine serum albumin and trypsin to the mentioned systems by using fluorescence, light scattering, and FT-IR techniques. Fluorescence studies focus on dye-biomolecule interactions indicated a deaggregation in fluorescence behavior of dye from non-fluorescent to fluorescent form after adding biomolecules of BSA and trypsin to the bulk aqueous solution of RhB and water-in-oil AOT (Aerosol-OT or Bis (2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate sodium salt) micro-emulsion (ME) containing RhB at a constant dye concentration, separately. The dynamic light scattering (DLS) study of AOT nano-droplets ME containing RhB indicated that the nano-droplet size decreased as the fluorescence emission intensity of RhB increased." @default.
