- W2886740382 abstract "The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the use of learning school on the improvement of competency criteria of managers in Bank Saderat Iran and determine the effect of each criterion of the mentioned school. By using Morgan table, assuming the unlimited population size, 384 individuals were randomly selected from among them. After selecting six core competencies of managers, the data were collected through questionnaire containing 47 questions and were distributed among employees. After confirmation of the validity of the questionnaire with SPSS using Spearman's test, the significant correlation of all criteria except personality traits and implementation of learning school was established, and finally using Topsis method, the criteria were ranked respectively: public credit, professional credit (inversely proportional), attitude, knowledge, capability and personality traits (directly proportional) were ranked. The results of this study can be used in decision making for the selection, appointment and improvement of qualified managers in the country for senior managers of economic organizations." @default.
