F count> F table where 18.827> 3.3158 with Sig.F F tabel dimana 18,827 > 3,3158 dengan Sig.F < α yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 maka model analisis regresi adalah signifikan. Hal ini berarti H 0 ditolak dan H a diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan lingkungan kerja dan repatriasi secara silmutan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerjakaryawan. Apabila lingkungan kerja dan repatriasi yang dimiliki karyawan meningkat maka akan diikuti peningkatan kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, repatriasi dan kepuasan kerja" @default.
