- W2890794324 abstract "我国双一流建设的重要目标之一就是培育有国际竞争力的学科，而海归教师作为重要力量，整体上对提升我国经济学科的国际化程度产生了积极影响；但是，哪类海归教师的科研产出能力更强，且对我国经济学科的双一流建设发挥着更大作用呢?文章搜集了国内985高校和211财经类高校经济学科882位全职海归教师的个人信息，并与国际权威SSCI期刊上发表的2 074篇英文论文进行匹配，运用文献计量法研究了海归教师的发文数量和发文质量及其背后的驱动因素。研究表明：（1）博士毕业所在学校的排名不仅对海归教师的发文数量具有正向影响，还会提高其发表论文的影响力；（2）本科毕业所在学校的排名对论文产出不重要，无论是发文数量还是质量均没有受到明显的影响；（3）本科所学专业对论文产出的作用明显，相比于文史类专业，经管类、理工类专业海归教师的发文数量更多，但是其论文的影响力没有显著差异。文章从海归教师论文发表的角度为我国财经类高校的双一流建设提供了科学合理引进师资的依据，也为其未来的人才建设提供了方向。" @default.
