Laparoskopi yoluyla yonetim, deneyimli ellerde guvenli bir secenektir ancak gastrointestinal sistem travmasi kolayca olusabilir. Tuboovaryan apse ve peritonit icin cerrahi cok karmasik olabilir ve multidisipliner ekip yaklasimi gerektirebilir." @default.
