- W2891176771 abstract "هدف: سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد، نوعی رفتار سرمایهگذاری است که از دسترسی بیشتر به جریان‌های نقد آزاد نشئت میگیرد. معمولا دسترسی به منابع خارجی در شرکت‌های با ارتباطات سیاسی قوی، بیشتر است؛ از این رو، مدیران این شرکت‌ها با تصمیمهای خود ممکن است عملکرد شرکت را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند. به همین منظور، در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر ارتباطات سیاسی بر سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد و عملکرد شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران پرداخته شده است.روش: برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، 110 شرکت از تمام شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران برای دوره زمانی 1389 تا 1395 انتخاب شد و با استفاده از رویکرد داده‌های ترکیبی، فرضیههای پژوهش آزمون شدند.یافتهها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد ارتباطات سیاسی بر سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد تأثیر مثبتی داشته و بر عملکرد شرکت تأثیر منفی میگذارد.نتیجهگیری: ارتباطات سیاسی می‌تواند به شرکت‌ها کمک کند تا منابع مالی بیشتری بهدست آورند، اما دسترسی به وام‌های تجاری نشئت گرفته از ارتباطات سیاسی، اعتبار مضاعفی ایجاد کرده و هزینه‌های مالی را افزایش می‌دهد. علاوه بر این، دخالت سیاستمداران ممکن است موجب تحریف در تخصیص منابع اجتماعی شده و به سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد و تضعیف عملکرد شرکت منجر شود." @default.
