- W2891863307 abstract "The objective of this study is to present some reflections about the relationship between work and education of young people and adults, as well as the importance of basic school education in the qualification of the citizen / worker, considering that a great part of these students seek, in the educational system, qualification opportunities for the labor market. We used as theoretical framework, predominantly, Frigotto, Ciavatta and Ramos (2005); Saviani (1996); Frigotto (2010, 2013) and Pochmann (2011, 2015). The locus of this study was the Federal Institute of Amapa, IFAP - Macapa Campus. The subjects of the research were 57 students from the 4th, 5th and 7th semesters, in addition to 14 teachers from the Technical Course in Food of PROEJA. We used as instruments of data collection, the application of questionnaires to the subjects of the research: students and teachers. In our final considerations, we understand that vocational training is not always a guarantee of employment, since there is currently a reduction in labor supply, evidencing discrepancies between the educational system and the new requirements of the productive system. The changes in the labor relations that currently take place require a reorganization of the Brazilian educational system, which in the current configuration can not meet the needs of the labor market. Therefore, the integral and multidisciplinary training can collaborate with possible interventions in the reality of the subjects, individual and collective. ___ O objetivo deste estudo e apresentar algumas reflexoes acerca das relacoes entre trabalho e Educacao de Jovens e Adultos, alem de destacar a importância da educacao escolar basica na qualificacao do cidadao/trabalhador, considerando que grande parte desses estudantes buscam, no sistema educacional, oportunidades de qualificacao para o mercado de trabalho. Utilizamos como quadro teorico, predominantemente, Frigotto, Ciavatta e Ramos (2005); Saviani (1996); Frigotto (2010, 2013) e Pochmann (2011, 2015). O locus deste estudo foi o Instituto Federal do Amapa, IFAP – Campus Macapa. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram 57 discentes do 4o, 5o e 7o semestres, alem de 14 docentes do Curso Tecnico em Alimentos do PROEJA. Utilizamos como instrumentos de coleta de dados a aplicacao dos questionarios para os sujeitos da pesquisa: estudantes e professores. Em nossas consideracoes finais, apontamos que nem sempre a formacao profissional e garantia de emprego, uma vez que atualmente ha uma reducao em relacao a oferta de trabalho, evidenciando discrepâncias entre o sistema educacional e as novas exigencias do sistema produtivo. As modificacoes nas relacoes de trabalho ocorridas atualmente demandam uma reorganizacao do sistema educacional brasileiro que, na configuracao atual, nao consegue atender as necessidades do mercado de trabalho. Nesse sentido, a formacao integral e multidisciplinar pode colaborar com possiveis intervencoes na realidade dos sujeitos, individuais e coletivos." @default.
