- W2891864656 abstract "An infrared scanning temperature measuring system is a noninvasive and non-contact type radiometric system that obtains the point temperature of a kiln shell based on infrared radiation. However, it cannot intuitively reflect the temperature distribution of a rotary kiln surface. This paper proposes a pseudo-color mapping algorithm based on equal color-difference. The algorithm is built to run as follows: first, a color path is built in the L∗a∗b∗ color space and the feature color endpoints are calculated; then, the mapping table in the L∗a∗b∗ color space is calculated based on the chromatic curve of each segment; finally, the color map table is transformed from the L∗a∗b∗ to the RGB color space. The experimental results based on the rotary kiln indicate that compared to the traditional algorithms, it is easier for the proposed algorithm to recognize the areas of hot spots and red spots. For objective evaluation, we use the concept of chromatism, using which the chromatic stability of the proposed algorithm is noted to improve by a factor of nearly three times compared to that of the traditional algorithm in the L∗a∗b∗ color space." @default.
