The reversible change in resistance was observed during hydrogenation and dehydrogenation process at room temperature. Hydrogen gas sensing performances together with the sensing mechanism of the proposed Pd/W2N/PSi NBs sensor under low sensing range (5–500 ppm) were discussed in detail. Moreover, the prime requirements of the device including stability, reproducibility and selectivity measurements were also studied at room temperature. The observed excellent sensing performance is attributed to the enhanced surface area of the proposed sensor." @default.
