The distribution P(E) did not take into account the existence of triplet levels in the D–A pair. Therefore, we were facing two problems. The first problem was in the investigation of the influence of triplet states existing in real D–A pairs on FRET efficiency. The second problem was in finding the distribution PR(R) with the help of the measured distribution function P(E).
