- W2893245597 abstract "Energy Hrvesting is the need of modern world as it provides clean energy. Biomedical applications, wireless sensor networks, and body sensor networks can easily work on energy harvesting system because they require very low voltages and power for their proper operation. A DC to DC boost converter is a main block in an energy harvesting system. In this paper a dual-stage hybrid DC to DC converter is proposed using FinFET transistors in the first stage and M OS transistors in the second stage is proposed. An output of $2.9V$ has been achieved from a $120m V$ input voltage. The proposed circuit uses very low value of inductors compared to the existing converters and hence suitable for IC fabrication. Circuit performance has been investigated extensively using HSPICE simulation." @default.
