- W2893321804 abstract "Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) nanoporous structures were synthesized in hydro fluorine, oxalic, phosphoric and sulfuric acids solutions under constant voltage. Quantitative analysis of samples surface images obtained by scanning electron microscopy showed that sponge-like AAO anodized in HF had the highest specific area. It was concluded that measured ESR signals with g = 2.02÷2.09 and 4.32 were due to Fe3+ ions. Peaks with g = 2.15, 2.38, 2.51 and 1.87, 1.93 corresponded to Cr3+ impurities. ESR resonances with g = 2.006±0.003 observed in all structures were attributed to F+-centers. Gathered results were compared with independent luminescence studies of nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide." @default.
