• W2893581930 abstract "To study characteristics of the palmo-mental reflex (PMR) in patients with cervicalgia accompanied by the most common forms of headaches: migraine, tension-type headache (TTH) and cervicogenic headache (CGH).Prevalence of PMR was studied in a sample of 142 patients with neck pain (mean age 39.1±12.1 years; 103 women and 39 men) accompanied by migraine, TTH or CGH. The first group included 66 patients (51 women and 15 men; mean age 39.4±12.8 years) with neck pain accompanied predominantly by migraine. The second group included 76 patients (52 women and 24 men; mean age 38.9±11.7 years) with TTH and/or CGH.The palmo-mental reflex was observed in 86.4% patients of the 1-st group and 7.0% of the second group (χ2=91.41; p=0.000).The results suggest the presence of anatomical and pathophysiological premises for occurrence of this reflex in patients with neck pain accompanied by migraine.Цель исследования. Изучить характеристики ладонно-подбородочного рефлекса (ЛПР) у больных цервикалгией, сопровождающейся наиболее распространенными формами головных болей - головной болью напряжения (ГБН), мигренью и цервикогенной головной болью (ЦГБ). Материал и методы. Распространенность ЛПР была изучена в выборке из 142 пациентов с болью в шее (средний возраст 39,1±12,1 года; 103 женщины и 39 мужчин), сопровождающейся тремя наиболее распространенными формами головной боли: мигренью, ГБН и ЦГБ. В 1-ю группу вошли 66 больных с болью в шее, сопровождающейся мигренью (51 женщина и 15 мужчин; средний возраст 39,4±12,8 года), во 2-ю группу - 76 больных (52 женщины и 24 мужчины; средний возраст 38,9±11,7 года) с болью в шее, сопровождающейся ГБН и/или ЦГБ. Результаты. ЛПР преобладал в 1-й группе (86,4%) и редко встречался во 2-й группе (7%). Межгрупповое различие оказалось статистически значимым: χ2=91,41; p=0,000. Заключение. Полученные данные позволяют предположить наличие анатомических и патофизиологических предпосылок для выявления ЛПР у пациентов с болью в шее, сопровождающейся мигренью." @default.
