- W2895910995 abstract "To investigate the ultrasonographic features and diagnostic skills of unruptured tubal pregnancy (UTP) in early stage. 130 cases were selected from Jan 2011 to Dec 2016 at the Chongming branch of Xinhua Hospital, which were diagnosed as early unruptured tubal pregnancy. The ultrasonographic features of preoperative ultrasonography were analysed. In 130 cases, 120 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 92.30% (120/130). 10 cases missed diagnosis, and the missed diagnosis rate was 7.69% (10/130). The characteristics of ultrasound images included: 1. endometrial ultrasonographic features: the endometrium thickness > 8mm accounted for 48.6% (63/130), and less than 8mm accounted for 41.54% (54/130); endometrial with high echo were 77.69% (101/130), low and medium echo were 0.05% (7/130) and 16.92% (22/130). The endometrium with three lines was 30% (39/130). Intrauterine gestational sac accounted for 7.69% (10/130). 2. Ectopic pregnancy mass characteristics: ultrasound found mass in 120 cases. Ultrasound showed no mass in 10 cases, of which 5 cases had a longer interval between operation and ultrasonic examination time than 4 days. The proportion of embryo sac mass was 21.67% (26/120) and the heterogeneous mass type accounted for 61.67% (74/120). The maximum length range of ectopic pregnancy was 10∼106mm, with a mean value of 30.68 ± 16.57mm. The mass which was found no blood were 44.17% (53/120). The dots, stripes, semicircular and circular blood signals in the inner and surrounding area of the mass were 12.50% (15/120), 30% (36/120), 7.50% (9/120) and 5.83% (7/120) respectively. The ectopic pregnancy mass was 55% (66/120) of the ipsilateral oviduct thickening. The ectopic pregnancy masses were approximately 92.50% (111/120) from the ipsilateral ovary. Parovarian mass, tubal thickening, endometrium thickness > 8mm is an important observation index for early unruptured tubal pregnancy. These indexes should be observed in ultrasound examination, which can help to improve the detection of early tubal pregnancy.
