- W2896529241 abstract "Magnetotransport measurements on antidot lattices with square and hexagonal geometries are reported. The resistivity shows a superposition of the classical commensurability resonances and Shubnikov--de Haas type oscillations. In this range of magnetic fields, quantum Hall plateaus are already developed, but shifted to lower fields. The transitions between these plateaus are found to be in-phase with an additional small-amplitude oscillation in the resistivity. This is interpreted with the help of numerical simulations as a quantum signature of the competition between skipping and hopping transport in antidot superlattices." @default.
