- W2896651201 abstract "As a result of the STCU project # 2604 implementation, we got results, which describe the impact of low-energy, monochromatic light upon rabbit’s organisms. The exposures with wavelengths: 412 nm (blue), 520 nm (green) and 605 nm (orange) were studied. The mean power of applied radiance was within the range from 0.05 to 0.25 mW. The immunological, morphological and biochemical aspects of monochromatic light impact were studied. We found out the definite positive impact of radiance with wavelengths 520 and 605 nm upon immunological status of rabbit’s organisms, structural changes within retina tissues and biochemical processes. At the same time, the exposure of low-energy light with the wavelength 412 nm has specific character with the energetic threshold regarding the sign of effect (stimulation or depressive). Such “threshold” characteristics were studied on immunological levels. The destructive processes in retina tissues were registered. The light with the 412 nm can be consider as a trigger for macular degeneration appearance even for somatic healthy personAs a result of the STCU project # 2604 implementation, we got results, which describe the impact of low-energy, monochromatic light upon rabbit’s organisms.
