• W2896789564 abstract "Bharathidasan, the great luminary in the horizon of Modern Tamil Literature was not merely a disciple of Subramania Bharathi, the National poet of India but an institution. His literary works are best documents of modern Tamil Renaissance. They bear social relevance and instructive values. The rich and varied materials enshrined in his poetic creations impelled many scholars to undertake various research projects on the various aspects of his literary contributions which were mainly aimed at enrichment of the Tamil language and culture and creation of a better world for mankind. Translations of Bharathidasan’s works are being attempted in view to make known to the literary world of his existence in the 20th century with a mission and message, heralding a new epoch in the history of Indian literature. The relevance of the literary works of the great poet has been significant and had a positive impact in Mauritius and countries of the Tamil diaspora. In Mauritius, Bharathidasan has prompted a Tamil Renaissance in the 1960s. Local poets like Rajaretnum Sangeelee and Ponsamy Tiroumalechetty have emerged. Poems of Bharathidasan have their place in the Tamil textbooks of the primary and secondary schools. However, they are also present in the Diploma and degree programmes offered by the MGI and UOM. The Department of Tamil studies has already embarked on a Ph.D. research project on the works of Bharathidasan. This Paper will highlight the impact of Bharathidasan’s works and influence on the Tamil people in Mauritius and their relevance in the academic field. An analysis of the various prescribed texts of the poet and the teaching of the same will be conducted. Key words:Bharathidasan Poems, Impact, Relevance on Mauritian Tamils, Education and Media. ஆயவுச சுருககம: நவனத தமிழ இலககியததின ஆறற மிகக கவிஞராக விளஙகுகினற பாரதிதாசன, மகாகவி பாரதியாரின சடராக மடடுமலலாமல இநதியத தேசியததின தலைசிறநத புலவராக வைததுப போறறததககவர. இவரது இலககியப படைபபுகள யாவும நவனத தமிழ இலககியததில சிறநத ஆவணஙகளாக உளளன. இவரது படைபபுகள சமுதாயததின நேரமறைபபணபுகளைப போறறுவனவாக உளளன. பாவேநதரின படைபபுகளில நிறைநதுளள சிறநத மறறும வேறுபடட கருபபொருளகள குறிதது அராயசசியாளரகள பலவேறு ஆயவுகளை மேறகொணடுளளனர. இததகைய கருபபொருளகளுள தமிழ, பணபாடு ஆகியவையும மனித குல மேமபாடடுககான சிநதனைகளும முதனமையானவைகள எனலாம. பாரதிதாசனின படைபபிலககியஙகளை மொழிபெயரததல பணியின வாயிலாக, 20-ஆம நூறறாணடில பாவேநதர தனது படைபபிலககியஙகள மூலமாகக கொணடு வநத செயதிகளை முனவைதது அதன அடிபபடையில இநதிய இலககிய வரலாறறில ஒரு புதிய சகாபதததை உலகுககு முன வைகக முடிநதது. பவேநதரின இலககியப படைபபுகளின பொருணமை மொரிஷியஸ மறறும புலமபெயரநத தமிழரகள வாழும நாடுகளில நேரமறையான தாககததை ஏறபடுததியுளளது. மொரிஷியஸில பாரதிதாசனின படைபபுகள 1960-களில தமிழ மறுமலரசசியை தூணடியுளளது. இதனால இராஜரததிரம மறறும பொனனுசாமி திருமலைசசெடடி போனற உளநாடடுக கவிஞரகள உருவாகினர. மொரிஷியஸில பாரதிதாசனின கவிதைகள தொடகக மறறும இடைநிலைப பளளிகளின தமிழ பாடபபுததகஙகளில இடம பெறறுளளன. மேலும, பாவேநதரின படைபபுகள MGI மறறும UOM ஆகிய கலலூரிகளில டிபலோமா மறறும இளஙகலைப படடபபடிபபு மேறகொளளும மாணவரகளுககான பாடததிடடததுலும ஒரு பகுதியாக உளளது. தமிழததுறையில முனைவர படடம மேறகொளளும மாணவரகளும கூட பாவேநதரின படைபபுகள குறிதது ஆயவுகள மேறகொணடுளளனர. தறபோதைய கடடுரையானது பாரதிதாரனின படைபபிலககியஙகள மொரஷியஸ தமிழ மககளிடையேயும அவரகளின கலவியிலும எததகைய தாககததை ஏறபடுததியுளளது எனபதை ஆயவு செயவதாகப படைககபபடடுளளது. இதறகுப பவேநதரின, பரிநதுரை செயயபபடட பலவேறு இலககியப படைபபுகள ஆவணஙகளாகப பயனபடுததபபடடுளளன. குறிபபுச சொறகள:பாரதிதாசன, கவிதை, தாககம, மொரஷியஸ தமிழ மககளிடையே இலககியம, கலவி, ஊடகம." @default.
