- W2897054560 abstract "هدف: در پژوهش حاضر درصدد تحلیل محتوای مقالات فصلنامه مدیریت دولتی دانشگاه تهران به‌منزله یکی از نشریههای معتبر در رشته مدیریت دولتی در ایران هستیم.روش: پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر روش تحلیل محتواست و جامعه آماری شامل 291 مقاله منتشر شده در سالهای 1387 تا بهار 1397 در نشریه مدیریت دولتی دانشگاه تهران است. در این پژوهش از نمونه‌گیری استفاده نشده و همه عناصر جامعه بهصورت سرشماری بررسی شده‌اند.یافتهها: پس از بررسی تک تک مقالات، محتوای آنها از لحاظ تعداد مقالات چاپ شده در فصلنامه، جنسیت نویسنده، رتبه علمی، رشته/ گرایش و موضوعات و محورهای مورد توجه نویسندگان، دانشگاه‌ها/ سازمان‌های مشارکت‌کننده، جامعه آماری، رویکرد، نوع، سطح تحلیل، استراتژی و مقطع زمانی پژوهش‌ها، نوع داده‌ها و روش گردآوری داده‌ها تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد.نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که از سال 1387 تا بهار 1397 تعداد 291 مقاله در فصلنامه مدیریت دولتی منتشر شده است. بیشترین مقالات توسط نویسندگان مرد، با رتبه علمی استادیار، مدرک مدیریت دولتی و وابسته به دانشگاه تهران انتشار یافته است. موضوع محوری بیشتر مقالات، رفتار سازمانی و منابع انسانی بوده و اغلب آنها، سازمانها و نهادهای دولتی را برای جامعه آماری در نظر گرفتهاند. همچنین بر اساس نتایج، بیشتر پژوهش‌ها بهصورت مقطعی انجام شده و دارای رویکرد کمی و از نوع کاربردی بودند؛ سطح تحلیل و استراتژی بیشتر مقالات، بهترتیب از نوع فردی و پیمایشی بوده است. داده‌های بهکار رفته در بیشتر آنها، از نوع اولیه و روش گردآوری داده‌ها بیشتر از طریق پرسشنامه بوده است." @default.
