- W2897528251 abstract "Two bottom ${mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}(6097{)}^{ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}$ baryons were observed in the final states ${mathrm{ensuremath{Lambda}}}_{b}^{0}{ensuremath{pi}}^{ensuremath{-}}$ and ${mathrm{ensuremath{Lambda}}}_{b}^{0}{ensuremath{pi}}^{+}$ in $pp$ collision by LHCb collaboration, whose masses and widths were measured. In a ${^{3}P}_{0}$ model, the strong decay widths of two ground $S$-wave and seven excited $P$-wave ${mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}$ baryons have been systematically computed. Numerical results indicate that the newly observed ${mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}(6097{)}^{ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}$ are very possibly ${mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b2}^{1}({frac{3}{2}}^{ensuremath{-}})$ with ${J}^{P}={frac{3}{2}}^{ensuremath{-}}$ or ${mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b2}^{1}({frac{5}{2}}^{ensuremath{-}})$ with ${J}^{P}={frac{5}{2}}^{ensuremath{-}}$. In particular, the ratios $mathrm{ensuremath{Gamma}}({mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}(6097{)}^{ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}ensuremath{rightarrow}{mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}^{ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}{ensuremath{pi}}^{0})/mathrm{ensuremath{Gamma}}({mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}(6097{)}^{ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}ensuremath{rightarrow}{mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}^{*ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}{ensuremath{pi}}^{0})$ are different in these two assignments. The ratios can be measured as an evidence of the two different assignments of ${mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}(6097{)}^{ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}$ in the future. In the meantime, our results support the assignments that ${mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}^{ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}$ and ${mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}^{*ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}}$ are the ground $S$-wave ${mathrm{ensuremath{Sigma}}}_{b}$ baryons with ${J}^{P}={frac{1}{2}}^{+}$ and ${J}^{P}={frac{3}{2}}^{+}$, respectively." @default.
