- W2897674376 abstract "Nowadays, with the value of traditional HRM being challenged, more and more companies have been directing their HR transformation towards human resource business partner （HRBP） model. However, studies on HRBP model fall behind practice and look fragmented, resulting in a lack of integration and systemization. This paper provides a clear definition of HPBP model and adopts mapping knowledge domain method to make a scientometrics analysis of 115 articles from the WOS database. As a result, it builds an integrative research framework of HRBP model. This research framework suggests that HRBP model has its roots in strategic human resource management theories, and its intellectual base includes five different streams of works; its core theme is that HRM becomes a corporate business partner”, and its research focus contains the effectiveness of HRBP model, the change of HRM function/professionals, and the implementation of HRBP model. Furthermore, this paper concludes with suggestions for future research in order to help advance the field. In general, this paper links classic theories to a new phenomenon, to provide a common discourse system for scholars and practitioners who are concerned about HRBP model." @default.
