The results of this study indicate thatthe style of autocratic leadership in a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance, work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employeeperformance and work discipline has a positive and significant impact onemployee performance.On the basis of these results, suggestions that can besuggested is the leadership to communicate in two directions so as to provideopportunities to subordinates to provide ideas and suggestions, provide the bestmotivation to the organizers in it, and pay attention to the presence of employees.Keywords: leadership style, work motivation and performance disciplineABSTRAKPusat perbelanjaan retail saat ini semakin kompetitif. Hal ini mendorongpara pelakunya untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya. Tak terkecuali PT ElitePrima Hutama Building Management Mall Kota Kasablanka. Salah satu usahayang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitianini bertujuan menganalisa gaya kepemimpinan otokratis, motivasi kerja dandisiplin kerja yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Design penelitian yangdigunakan kuantitatif dengan perumusan kausal dan sample yang digunakan yaitusampel jenuh dimana kuesioner disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan PT. ElitePrima Hutama pada department security yang berjumlah 55. Data yang terkumpulkemudian dianalisa menggunakan teknik analisis Model Persamaan StrukturalStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square)melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gayakepemimpinan otokratis secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadapkinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkinerja karyawan dan didiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkinerja karyawan. Atas dasar hasil tersebut, saran yang dapat disarankan adalahpimpinan agar dapat berkomunikasi dua arah sehingga dapat memberikankesempatan kepada bawahan untuk memberikan ide maupun sarannya,memberikan motivasi terbaik kepada pelaku organisasi didalamnya, danmemperhatikan kehadiran karyawannya.Kata kunci : gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kinerja." @default.
