To achieve the purpose a sample of 100 employees were randomly selected from different companies in Qatar and Data collection was performed. SPSS software was used for analysis. We applied Probit regression to estimate the impact of workforce diversity on equity. Results showed that the level of workforce diversity is negatively related to employees' perception of equity.
