The aptasensor showed high stability, sensitivity, reliable reproducibility, wide linear range (10 fM to 10 nM) with a low detection limit of 0.8 fM (at an S/N ratio of 3, n = 10) can be successively applied to the human serum samples analysis. Recoveries ranged between 91 and 104% (with RSDs of <3.1%)." @default.
