It is considered to be safer than the other investment options like bonds and stocks where we see lot of fluctuations in the price market. However, when it comes to purchasing, selling and renting processes of real estate, there are many factors that play a vital role in an individual's decision making. In this paper, we consider the social factors that affect the real estate investment and find the top significant attributes that have a major influence on investment market. We use Artifical Neural Networks (ANNs), Linear Regression(LR) and Weighted Sum Model (WSM) for this purpose, also providing hypothesis testing on the probability distributions of the obtained attributes. The designed algorithm provides an automated means for the study of behavioral economics towards real estate investment.
