Fifteen (15) participants (12 males and 3 females) drawn from the population of academia and practitioners in human resource management rated the instrument for its suitability to measure the concept which was the data used for the validity test. Whilst one hundred and eight (108) employees (47 males and 61 females) of some public and private organisations in Abuja, served as participants for the reliability test. Inter-rater reliability test and split-half reliability test were used to analyse the data to achieve the psychometric coefficient of the validity and reliability of the questionnaire respectively. It was found that job satisfaction survey has both face and content validity. Furthermore, the instrument which generated reliability Cronbach Alpha =0.75, was found to be reliable.
