- W2902596543 abstract "Objectives: The purpose of this research was to study and compare the effect of a session of Skipping rope exercise activity on some blood parameters (red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit and ferritin) in endurance athletic men and non-athlete in Parsabad city. Materials and Methods: In this semi-experimental study, 10 male endurance athletes with an average age of 20.80 ± 2.34 years, weight 68.31 ± 3.32 kg, height 177 ± 2.84 cm, body fat percentage 02 10.10 ± 2.10 and V02MAX 55/17 ± 1.97 (ml / kg / min) and 10 non-athlete men with an average age of 21 ± 1.71, weight of 78.48 ± 6.68 kg, height 176.4 ± 4.5 cm, body fat percentage 19.85 ± 2.85, and V02MAX 37/39±1/63 (ml / kg / min) Who volunteered. The Skipping rope exercise activity session lasted about 45 minutes, including 10 minutes of warming, 30 minutes of main Skipping rope (one minute of activity and one minute of rest) and 5 minutes of cooldown. Before and immediately after exercise, a dose of 10 ml of blood from the venous vein of both groups was obtained. T-test was used to examine the difference between pre-and post-activity levels of blood parameters in both groups and independent t-test was used to examine the difference between groups (P <0.05). Results: After Skipping rope exercise activity, the number of red blood cells, hemoglobin and hematocrit percent increased significantly in non-athletic men, and in men with endurance athlete Non-significant reduction. Also, ferritin values in both groups were Non-significant reduction. Conclusion: Considering the significant increase in blood indices in non-athletes and the non-significant reduction in endurance athletes as well as the reduction of non-significant levels of ferritin in both groups in the present study, it seems that the implementation of a session Skipping rope exercise activity Hemolysis and anemia are not caused by the type of activity. Therefore, it is recommended that athletes and non-athletes use Skipping rope exercise activity more often because of their great influence on physical fitness factors in order to improve their physical fitness. However, the implementation of this activity requires more caution in non-athlete subjects." @default.
