- W2903058025 abstract "As a kind of working group and organization situation in the background of today’s age, workaholism has become a research topic which scholars have paid more and more attention to. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the study of workaholism in organizational behavior and human resource management, which not only allows managers to better adapt to the current organizational situation to improve management efficiency, but also broadens the research perspective of employee motivation. At present, the research on workaholism has not yet formed a perfect research system. Foreign research focuses on the outcome variables and mechanism of workaholism, while domestic research stays at the initial phase in this field. Accordingly, based on a systematic review of foreign literature, this paper introduces the concept and measurement of workaholism, and systematically sorts out the antecedents and outcomes of workaholism, ultimately in the hope of providing a prospect of future research about workaholism. At the same time, on this basis build a comprehensive intervention system of workaholism, thus providing practical guidance on intervention to work addiction phenomenon." @default.
