- W2903672218 abstract "蒸米仕込みによる清酒粕の給与が，濃厚飼料多給条件下の緬羊の消化性，ルーメン発酵，血液性状に及ぼす影響をin vitro発酵試験およびin vivo代謝試験により検討した．In vitro試験では，発酵基質の圧ペン大麦を粗タンパク質（CP）含量が等しくなるように大豆粕（SBM），乾燥清酒粕（SLd），生清酒粕（SLw）で一部代替した．DM消化率はSBM, SLd, SLw区，CP消化率はSBM, SLw, SLd区の順で高かった（P<0.01）．酢酸濃度はSBM, SLd, SLw区，プロピオン酸濃度はSLw, SLd, SBM区の順で高かった（P<0.01）．In vitro消化率の結果に基づき，in vivo試験では，去勢緬羊4頭を供試し，肥育牛用濃厚飼料と稲わらを7 : 3で給与した．In vivo試験は濃厚飼料の10％を占める大豆粕の0，34，69，100％をCPとTDN含量が同等となるように生清酒粕で代替した区（C, L, M, H区）を設け，4×4のラテン方格法で実施した．給餌後のルーメン内プロトゾア数はM, H区がC, L区よりも低かったが（P<0.05），DM摂取量，見かけの消化率，窒素出納，ルーメンpH, NH3-NおよびVFA濃度に差は認められず，蒸米仕込み生清酒粕は大豆粕に代替できることが示唆された．" @default.
