Methodology of the research consists in using the analytical and functional methods, art-studying approach, and method of reconstruction as for the technique-tactical peculiarities of Samba. Scientific novelty. The author has proved that on the base of musical-rhythmic reproduction and technical peculiarities of Samba, artistic and aesthetic component of choreographic culture of students is developing and the profound approach to the figurative meaning of dance is being formed. Conclusions. The peculiarity of the samba rhythm in syncope and pulsating character, which generates dancers’ hips, springy motions, which have a separate name Samba Bounce. Technique-tactical samba specificity opens through the example of the main pair position (close, shadow, promenade, promenade counter) and key motion figures (main course, variety of main course, progressive course, wax, partner solo turn, samba course strength, side samba course, samba course on site, Botafogo, courta jaco etc)." @default.
