Devant cette constatation, le C.R.R.M. s'est associe avec la societe Resoudre afin de concevoir un logiciel adapte a l'activite de veille technologique VIGILANCE®. VIGILANCE® est un logiciel de modelisation de la Veille technologique, construit a partir du moteur RLDOC. Il permet de realiser de facon electronique le processus de veille technologique constitution et consultation du D.G.I. (Dossier General d'Informations), constitution du D.I.S. (Dossier d'informations Strategiques), mise en evidence des relations entre les differentes informations, realisation d'une synthese. Cet outil permet une optimisation de l'utilisation des informations pour action (traitement et diffusion). Chaque acteur de l'entreprise pourra disposer de la bonne information au bon moment et sous une forme adaptee a ces besoins. It is of utmost importance to watch tendencies, to detect changing trends, to forecast possible synergies ; in short to be ever ready to anticipate and to innovate. (General Information Folder) constitution of S.I.F. (Strategic Information Folder) pointing out correspondence relating various information and synthetizing.
