- W2904491640 abstract "본 연구는 ADHD 성향 유아의 교육 지원에 대한 사립유치원 교사의 지원 요구를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 5명의 교사들과 심층면담을 하였다. 면담 자료는 연속적 비교법의 질적 분석방법에 따라 부호화하고 범주화하였으며, 그 결과 3개의 대주제와 12개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 연구 결과 첫째, ADHD 성향 유아의 교육 지원에 대한 이해와 필요성에 대해 인식하고 있었으며, 둘째, ADHD 성향 유아의 교육 지원 시 어려움으로 교육과정․편성 운영 시 어려움, 유아의 심리․사회․정서 상태로 인한 어려움, 유아의 생활 측면에서의 어려움, 가정-기관/교사의 협력지원 시 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, ADHD 성향 유아의 효율적인 교육 지원 요구로는 유아를 위한 프로그램 지원, 교사의 역량 강화를 위한 지원, 교육과정 편성․운영 시 지원, 유아의 심리․사회․정서적 지원, 가정-기관/교사의 협력 지원, 행․재정적 및 제도적 지원 등을 요구하였다. 본 연구는 사립유치원 교사들의 ADHD 성향 유아의 교육지원 경험을 통해 ADHD 성향 유아의 효율적인 교육 지원 요구에 대한 정보를 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of teachers for the support of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder like young children tendency. Five teachers participated in the study and interviewed through pre-interview questionnaires and in-depth interviews using semi-structured interview questionnaires. The interview data were coded and categorized according to the qualitative analysis method of continuous comparison method. As a result, three main subjects and twelve sub topics were derived. The results of this study were as follows: First, they were conscious about attention deficit hyperactivity disorder like young children’s understanding and requirement for education support. Second, the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder like young children tendency is difficult to provide educational support for young children due to difficulties in operating curriculum and organization, difficulties due to the psychological, social and emotional state of infants, difficulties in life aspects of young children, Respectively. Third, the requirements for efficient education support for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder like young children tendencies includes support for infant programs, support for strengthening teacher capacity, support for curriculum development and operation, support for children s psychology, social and emotional support, Financial, and institutional support. The fact that information about the effective educational supportive requirement for a child with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder like young children tendency is provided through teacher s educational supportive experience is of great significance" @default.
