Los tratamientos consistieron en diversas combinaciones que incluian soluciones diluidas de Steiner con 2 concentraciones de bacterias (104 y 106 UFC ml–1), 2 concentraciones de endomicorrizas (25 y 50 esporas) y 4 tratamientos combinando bacterias y endomicorrizas. Se incluyo un tratamiento testigo con solucion completa de Steiner. El diseno experimental fue bloques completamente al azar con 9 tratamientos y 20 repeticiones. Las variables altura de planta, diametro de tallo, diametro ecuatorial y polar de fruto, peso de fruto y rendimientos mostraron mejores resultados usando combinacion de bacterias y hongos. La calidad nutraceutica (vitamina C, Solidos Solubles Totales e indice de acidez) se mejoro con la inoculacion de 50 esporas y 106 UFC ml–1. En carotenoides los mejores resultados se obtuvieron con 104 y 106 UFC ml–1 combinado con 50 esporas. Los minerales N y P aumentaron con el uso de los inoculantes en una dosis de 106 UFC ml–1 combinado con 50 esporas y una solucion nutritiva de 50%N-50%P. La concentracion de N y P se incremento en fruto en ambas concentraciones de inoculo de bacteria y esporas de micorrizas EnglishThe objective of this study was to know the effect of Azospirillum sp. and Glomus intraradices in the cultivation of yellow pepper under greenhouse conditions. The treatments consisted in different combinations that included diluted solutions of Steiner with 2 concentrations of bacteria (104 and 106 CFU ml–1), 2 concentrations of endomycorrhizae (25 and 50 spores) and 4 treatments combining bacteria and endomycorrhizae. A control treatment with complete Steiner solution was included. The experimental design was completely random blocks with 9 treatments and 20 repetitions. The plant height, stem diameter, equatorial and polar fruit diameter, fruit weight and yield variables showed better results using a combination of bacteria and fungi. The nutraceutical quality (Vitamin C, Total Soluble Solid and acid number) was improved with the inoculation of 50 spores and 106 CFU ml–1. In carotenoids the best results were obtained with 104 and 106 CFU ml–1 combined with 50 spores. Minerals N and P increased with the use of inoculants in a dose of 106 CFU ml–1 combined with 50 spores and a nutritive solution of 50% N-50% P.
