- W2905086987 abstract "The present experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of Trichoderma harzianum T22 fungus on the quantity and quality of germination stage and seedling establishment of spring barley seeds under four levels of heavy metal, in 2017 in the greenhouse and laboratories of Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources of the Mohaghegh Ardabili University, that were designed and implemented in a factorial based on randomized complete block design (RCB) in three replications. In this research, the experimental factors consisted of four levels of pre-treatment (control, hydropriming, biopriming, inculation of Trichoderma with culture medium) and four levels of heavy metal copper (control (2), 40, 80, 120 μm of copper salt (CuSo4)). The results of the experiments showed that the interaction between the pre-treatment and copper salts on the proline content of the leaves was significant. The third and fourth levels of heavy metal copper decreased proline, and pre-treatments increased the amount of prolin compared to the control. Howover, for other traits, only the main effects of different levels of heavy metals of copper and inculation of Trichoderma were significant and the interaction effects were not significant. The fourth level of heavy metal copper (120 μm) significantly reduced all traits except RWC, catalase and peroxidase. Biopriming and hydropriming of barley seeds morphological, physiological, as well as quantity and quality of barley seeds and application of culture medium with Trichoderma fungi increased the indices of emergence, growth indices, vegetation and quantum yield and prolin" @default.
